This is what consistency looks like. Mark did a great job throughout his fitness journey, but what stood out was the first three weeks, as shown here. He demonstrated a remarkable level of consistency, showcasing what can be achieved in just three weeks by displaying the power of consistency. Consistency didn't mean that Mark was perfect all the time; it meant that he stuck to the plan 80% of the time. This demonstrates that it’s not perfection that leads to long-lasting results, but staying consistent 80% of the time, which also makes it more sustainable.

Mark was looking forward to getting back into some of his favorite outfits for their first family holiday after the pandemic. He was determined not to buy new clothes to fit into, but to get back into the clothes he used to wear—and that’s exactly what he did. He has enjoyed many more holidays since, with newfound confidence.
